¹⁸ Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, and her kings, and her princes, to put^◦ them for a waste, for an astonishment, for a hissing, and for a reviling, as this day;

²⁸ Who says to Cyrus, My shepherd! And he shall make· all My delight ·whole; Who says to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thou shalt be founded.
