14 And Haggai answered and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before Me, says◦ Jehovah; and so is every work◦ of their hands; and that which they offer there, it◦ is unclean.

Month

  

A 'month,' as in Genesis 29, signifies the end of an earlier state and the beginning of a following state, thus a new state. 'A month' signifies a full state.
