Ezekiel 48:33

³³ And the quarter southward is five hundred and four thousand measures; and the gates are three: the gate of Simeon is one, the gate of Issachar is one, the gate of Zebulun is one.

'Priests' represent the Lord regarding His divine good. When they do not acknowledge the Lord, they do not signify the Lord.
