²³ Three times in the year shall every male of thine be seen before the faces of the Lord Jehovah, the God of Israel.

³ Jehovah is slow^◦ to anger, and of great power; and rendering·​·innocent He will not render·​·innocent. Jehovah has His way in the storm and in the tempest, and the clouds are the powdery dust of His feet.
