Wool signifies good in ultimates, for wool is from sheep, which signify the good of charity. White wool, as in Ezekiel 27:18, signifies natural good. The wool of she-goats, signifies the ultimate or outermost of innocence, which is in ignorance, such as is with the gentiles, which in the internal sense are the curtains of the tabernacle. It was commanded that the curtain over the habitation of the tabernacle should be made of the wool of she-goats. (Exodus 25:4, etc.)

In Deuteronomy 22:11, this signifies that states of good and states of truth should not be confused. (Arcana Coelestia 10669)

In Revelation 1:14, this signifies the divine love of the divine wisdom in primes and ultimates (first and last things). (Apocalypse Revealed 47)
