¹⁸ And God turned· the people ·around, by the way of the wilderness, the Suph Sea^*; and the sons of Israel went up girded·​·to·​·the·​·fifth^* from the land of Egypt.

⁷ And I will take you to Me for a people, and I will be to you for God, and you shall·​·know that I am Jehovah your God, who leads you out from under the burdens^◦ of Egypt.
