In Isaiah 55:10, this signifies (rain) spiritual truth, which is assigned to man as his; and (snow) signifies natural truth which is like snow when only in the memory, but becomes spiritual by love, as snow becomes rainwater by warmth. (Apocalypse Explained 644)
