⁵² And he shall be·​·an·​·adversary to thee in all thy gates, until thy tall and fortified walls come·​·down, in which thou^◦ didst trust, in all thy land; and he shall be·​·an·​·adversary to thee in all thy gates in all thy land, which Jehovah thy God has given to thee.

⁴ I will bring· it ·out, says^◦ Jehovah of Armies, and it shall come into^▵ the house of the thief, and into^▵ the house of him who promises falsely in My name; and it shall lodge in the midst of his house, and shall consume· it ·all, and its wood and its stones.
