6 For Jehovah thy God blesses thee, as◦ He spoke to thee; and thou shalt lend·​·for·​·a·​·pledge◦ from many nations, but thou shalt not pledge◦ thyself; and thou shalt rule many nations, but they shall not rule thee.

'Pairs of hands, eyes, etc.' relate to the will and understanding, or to good and truth. The right side to the will or good, and the left to the understanding or truth.
