10 Giving thou shalt give him, and thy heart shall not be·​·evil when thou givest to him; for because·​·of this thing Jehovah thy God shall bless thee in all thy deeds, and in all that thou puttest·​·forth◦ thy hand.

'Pairs of hands, eyes, etc.' relate to the will and understanding, or to good and truth. The right side to the will or good, and the left to the understanding or truth.
