²⁶ וְכָרַתִּי לָהֶם בְּרִית שָׁלֹום בְּרִית עֹולָם יִהְיֶה אֹותָם וּנְתַתִּים וְהִרְבֵּיתִי אֹותָם וְנָתַתִּי אֶת־מִקְדָּשִׁי בְּתֹוכָם לְעֹולָם׃

¹⁹ וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֵלַי הָעָם הֲלֹא־תַגִּיד לָנוּ מָה־אֵלֶּה לָּנוּ כִּי אַתָּה עֹשֶׂה׃

¹ Ephraim feeds on wind, and chases the east wind. He continually multiplies lies and desolation. They make a covenant with Assyria, and oil is carried into Egypt.
