Jeremia 51:1

¹ So spricht, der HERR: Siehe, ich will einen scharfen Wind erwecken wider Babel und wider ihre Einwohner, die sich wider mich gesetzt haben.

The 'city of Judah,' as in Isaiah 40:9, signifies the doctrine of love towards the Lord and love towards our neighbor.
