Verse 18. To those who are in celestial, spiritual, and natural good, that every one, whether he be of the internal or external church, who worships the Lord in freedom, with a view to the removal of evil, or from a feeling of gratitude, and yet inwardly has a desire to devote himself wholly to the Lord.
