Deuteronomy 2:34

³⁴ And we took all his cities at that time, killing the inhabitants of them, men and women and children. We left nothing of them:

Fear

Fear has various meanings depending on what's causing it. Sometimes fear signifies love. Fear, as in Genesis 28:17, signifies a holy change.
