Ezekiel 48:28

²⁸ And by the border of Gad, at the south side southward, the border shall be from Tamar [to] the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, by the torrent, unto the great sea.

'Priests' represent the Lord regarding His divine good. When they do not acknowledge the Lord, they do not signify the Lord.
