And Moseswent out to meet his father-in-law, and did obeisance, and kissed him; and they asked each other [after] their welfare, and went into the tent.
8697. 'And the father-in-law of Moses said to him' means foresight. This is clear from the meaning of 'saying' - when it has reference to Divine Good, which is represented by Jethro, 'the father-in-law of Moses' - as foresight, as also in 5361, 6946.
