This is clear from the meaning of 'looking back and going down', when it has reference to the Word, as being sent down; from the representation of 'Moses' as the Word, dealt with in the places referred to in 9372; and from the meaning of 'Mount Sinai' as heaven, from which Divine Truth comes, dealt with in 9420.
