In Genesis 16:13, Here, behind, or after, signifies within or above, or an interior or superior principle.

In Revelation 1:10, 'behind' signifies that people who do not approach the Lord only (Apocalypse Revealed 42)

2197. Verse 11 And Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in years; ¹ it had ceased to be with Sarah in the way it is with women.

'Abraham and Sarah were old' means that the human with the Lord was to be cast off. 'Well advanced in years' means that the time was at hand. 'It had ceased to be with Sarah in the way it is with women' means that the state of rational truth could remain so no longer.
