22. Internal Meaning of Isaiah, Chapter 22

Self intelligence. (2)

1-7 The truths of the church are destroyed thereby. (2)

8-12 The externals of the church are wholly destroyed thereby, until they come into ignorance concerning the Lord. (2)

13-15 From the delights of falsity, they will then destroy the senses of the Word. (2)

16-19 They will perish. (2)

20-24 The power of the Word will remain, guarded by the Lord. (2, 11)

25 This also will perish in the church. (2)
