The Zuzim (Genesis 14:5) signify persuasions of falsity, or people who, through a delusion of their own supremacy, make light of all things holy and true. They were a race similar to the Nephilim (Genesis 6:4), who infused falsities into evil lusts in self-justification. (Arcana Coelestia 1673).
