This is clear from the meaning of 'doing this thing' as putting into effect; and from the meaning of a fixed time, to which 'the morrow' refers here, as a predetermining, as above in 7508. When a predetermining by the Divine refers to what will be for evermore 'the morrow' is used to express it.
