He is to keep himself from wine and strong drink, and take no mixed wine or strong drink or any drink made from grapes, or any grapes, green or dry.

Unjust and just
In Revelation 22:11, 'the unjust' signifies someone in evils, and 'the just,' someone in good. And 'to let him who is unjust be unjust still' means, symbolically, that someone caught up in evils will be still more caught up in evils." (Apocalypse Revealed 948).
