Deuteronomy 28:60

⁶⁰ He will send on you again all the diseases of Egypt, which were a cause of fear to you, and they will take you in their grip.

Fear

Fear has various meanings depending on what's causing it. Sometimes fear signifies love. Fear, as in Genesis 28:17, signifies a holy change.
