³ Իսկ եթէ դէպքը արեւածագից յետոյ կատարուի, սպանողը մահապարտ կը դիտուի եւ մահուան կ՚ենթարկուի: Եթէ գողը հատուցելու ոչինչ չունի, ապա ինքը թող վաճառուի, որպէսզի հատուցի իր գողացածի փոխարէն:
