This is clear from the meaning of 'sending away' as leaving, as often before; and from the representation of 'the children of Israel' as those belonging to the spiritual Church, whom they molested, dealt with in 6426, 6637, 6862, 6868, 7035, 7062, 7198, 7201, 7215, 7223.

7034. 'Thus said Jehovah' means from the Divine, that is to say, admonition from Him. This is clear from what has been stated immediately above, and also from what appears immediately below.
