8 and ye have compassed the king round about, each with his weapons in his hand, and he who is coming unto the ranges is put to death; and be ye with the king in his going out and in his coming in.'

Verse 8. And this is true not only in general but also in every particular, good exerting its power by truth, on which account he who is in evil is rejected and casts himself down on coming within the sphere of good; for, in the celestial state, subordinate truths are in harmony with essential truth from good, reciprocally, by influx and correspondence.
