21 But if the priest shall look on it, and behold, there are no white hairs in it, and if it is not lower than the skin, but somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:

Verse 21. But if examination from good shows that falsities from the evil of sensual love have not corrupted the truth, and that there is no acknowledgement and faith, but only outward impurity, then must the spiritual man be restrained by a state of external holiness in the course of regeneration.
