10 Sa dakong timugan, ay malalagay ang watawat ng kampamento ng Ruben, ayon sa kanilang mga hukbo: at ang magiging prinsipe ng mga anak ni Ruben, ay si Elisur na anak ni Sedeur.

Verse 10. Those who are in faith from charity and conjoined therewith, have their position in the middle heaven, in orderly arrangement; and the general principle from which they act, is faith from charity which is the foundation of the Church.
