23 Ito'y dugo; ang mga hari ay walang pagsalang lipol, at sinaktan ng bawa't isa sa kanila ang kaniyang kasama: ngayon nga, Moab, sa pagsamsam.

Verse 23. And this perception being confirmed by the prevailing state of the corrupted man, it appears as if truths were vastated by apparent contradictions; and thus that the natural man, with his impure affections, has dominion.
