19 Därjämte skaffade Josia bort alla de offerhöjdshus i Samariens städer, som Israels konungar hade byggt upp, och med vilka de hade kommit förtörnelse åstad; och han gjorde med dem alldeles på samma sätt som han hade gjort i Betel.

Verse 19. And the man of the New Church rejects also all impure natural affections appertaining to the external of the corrupted spiritual church, which have been perverted by falsities so as to cause aversion from the Lord, just as he rejects its internal evils and falsities.
