17 Então subiu Hazael, rei da Síria, e pelejou contra Gate, e a tomou. Depois Hazael virou o rosto para marchar contra Jerusalém.

Verse 17. Moreover the unregenerate natural man, through the abuse of the love of knowledge, ascribes to himself the knowledges of faith by means of falsities, and is also disposed in a similar manner to pervert the truths of faith.
