25 εν τη ημερα ταυτη εναρχου δουναι τον τρομον σου και τον φοβον σου επι προσωπον παντων των εθνων των υποκατω του ουρανου οιτινες ακουσαντες το ονομα σου ταραχθησονται και ωδινας εξουσιν απο προσωπου σου

Verse 25. And in this state the Lord begins to put the dread of committing sin and the fear of resisting good impulses from heaven upon all the principles of action in the whole mind, and they hear the Divine will as given in the conscience, and are in great fear and anxiety lest it should be transgressed.
