3 Regum 9:15

Verse 15. But first, it was necessary that the external powers of the natural degree of the mind should be in subjection and minister to celestial good, in order that the new will of good and the new understanding of truth internally; the new will of good and the new understanding of truth externally, the latter being a defence; and also the doctrines of interior good, exterior good, and scientific truths, might be established.
