3 Regum 12:4

Verse 4. When it is perceived that the depraved will of the corrupted celestial church, from the love of dominion, infests with falsities, and oppresses with evils the man of the church, thus producing spiritual bondage; and that only when such oppression is removed, can there be a united church.
