16 요시야가 몸을 돌이켜 산에 있는 묘실들을 보고 보내어 그 묘실에서 해골을 취하여다가 단 위에 불살라 그 단을 더럽게 하니라 이 일을 하나님의 사람이 전하였더니 그 전한 여호와의 말씀대로 되었더라

Verse 16. For when there is investigation into the state of the corrupted church, it is perceived to be one of total vastation, so that its worship is entirely from the falsities of man's proprium, and is therefore polluted and vile according to the testimony of truth from good, or of faith from charity, which is from the Word of the Lord in the man of the true church.
