3 And Moses by◦ the mouth of Jehovah sent them from the wilderness of Paran; all those◦ men◦ were heads of the sons of Israel.

Verse 3. Also by means of the Divine light of truth, received from the Lord's Divine Human, although obscurely, for this flows in and enlightens such as are in those essential but general truths from which all others are derived.
