28 25 And Jehovah heard the voice of your words, when you spoke to me; and Jehovah said to me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken to thee; they have well said all that they have spoken.

Verse 28. And the Lord attends to this desire of the soul when meditating over the Divine commands, and instructs the soul through the Word that its desires are heard; and that these thoughts are good as proceeding from humiliation of heart.
