52 For thou shalt see the land in·​·front·​·of thee; but thither thou shalt not go·​·in to the land which I give to the sons of Israel.

Verse 52. Yet these principles give to the regenerating soul a perception of the heavenly state to be gained; but they do not alone enable the spiritual faculties to actually enter upon that state.
