¹² וְהָיוּ לָכֶם הֶעָרִים לְמִקְלָט מִגֹּאֵל וְלֹא יָמוּת הָרֹצֵחַ עַד־עָמְדֹו לִפְנֵי הָעֵדָה לַמִּשְׁפָּט׃
