4 כִּי־הוּא רֹדֶה בְּכָל־עֵבֶר הַנָּהָר מִתִּפְסַח וְעַד־עַזָּה בְּכָל־מַלְכֵי עֵבֶר הַנָּהָר וְשָׁלֹום הָיָה לֹו מִכָּל־עֲבָרָיו מִסָּבִיב׃

Verse 24. For the government of Divine Love, in the perfected man of the celestial church or state, embraces the whole region of the mind including all things of love and all things of faith; and he is in a state of perpetual peace.
