26 Maar het eerstgeborene, dat den HEERE van een beest eerstgeboren wordt, dat zal niemand heiligen; hetzij een os, of klein vee, het is des HEEREN.

Verse 26. And good which is prior to truth, and is to be ascribed to the Lord, no man ought to claim as his own; whether it be natural good or spiritual good, it is from the Lord.
