5 That which springeth up from the scattered seed of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, and the grapes of thine undressed vines thou shalt not gather: a year of rest shall it be for the land.

Verse 5. Neither does he appropriate any affection which springs from selfish love, nor any truth which is acquired by self-derived intelligence; for the state is one of perfect freedom from temptations.
