16 he shall dwell with thee, in the midst of thee, in the place which he shall choose within one of thy gates, where it pleaseth him best: thou shalt not oppress him.

Verse 16. They shall be with the spiritual things of the soul, and be incorporated with them amongst the external truths, which are serviceable to introduce good into the mind, where they shall be in freedom, and be allowed free play; and shall not be oppressed by dogmatism.
