This is clear from the meaning of 'leading out' as releasing; from the meaning of 'the burdens' as molestations by falsities, and conflicts, dealt with in 6757, 7104, 7105; and from the meaning of 'the Egyptians' as those who molest by introducing falsities, dealt with just above in 7199.
