9612. 'And join the curtains together, each one to the next [in the clasps]' means the mode of the joining together at every point. This is clear from the meaning of 'joining the curtains together by means of the clasps' as the mode of the joining together, for when a complete ability to join things together is meant by 'fifty clasps' the mode of it is meant by 'joining the curtains together, each one to the next by means of the clasps'.
