9533. 'And you shall make for it a rim of gold round about' means the border of the sphere of good emanating from the Lord's Divine Good. This is clear from the meaning of 'a rim of gold round about' as the border of the sphere of good emanating from the Lord, serving to defend [those in heaven] from the approach of evils and the harm they can do, dealt with above in 9492.
