9522. 'And I will speak to you from above the mercy-seat' means a joining together. This is clear from the meaning of 'speaking', when done by Jehovah, as influx, dealt with in 2951, 5481, 5743, 5797, 7270, thus also a joining together, for where influx takes place there is a joining together.
