9178. ‘Si dominus 1 cum illo, non rependet’: quod significet si bonum veri simul, quod non restitutio, constat ex significatione ‘si dominus 2 cum illo’ quod sit si bonum veri 3 simul, de qua supra n. 9176, et ex significatione ‘rependere’ quod sit restitutio, ut nunc supra n. 4 9177; ita ‘non rependere’ est non restitutio.
