6546. 'And his sons carried him to the land of Canaan' means that the Church was transferred to that place. This is clear from the meaning of 'carried' as its - the Church's - being transferred; for the Church is meant by 'the land of Canaan', 1413, 1437, 1607, 1866, 3038, 3481, 3705.
