This is clear from the meaning of 'the hooks' and 'their bands' as the modes of linking together (for this meaning of 'the hooks', see 9676; and the same thing is meant by 'bands' through the hooks' attachment to them); and from the meaning of 'silver' as truth, dealt with in 1551, 2954, 5658, 6112, 6914, 6917, 7999.
